Hello, I'm Ellie Goldsmith
I’m a certified Life Coach for working mums. As a mum of three. I know firsthand how overwhelming, exhausting, and downright challenging motherhood can be, especially in those early years. I found myself struggling to balance everything—feeling lost, guilty, and unsure of who I was beyond my role as a mother.
But I found a way to create a life that felt more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with what truly matters. It took time, but I discovered that with the right support and tools, it’s possible to thrive as a mum and an individual.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping mums like you rediscover who you are beyond your roles. Through our coaching sessions, we’ll work together to create a life aligned with your values, where you have the time, energy, and clarity to focus on what truly matters—and most importantly, on you.
My Purpose
My Story
Before becoming a working mum of three energetic boys, my life was a whirlwind of career ambitions, social plans, DIY home projects, and hobbies. I thrived on being busy and thought I could seamlessly add a baby into the mix.
But reality hit hard.
I quickly realised that trying to do it all left me exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched to my limits. I kept pushing forward, believing that if I could just achieve more or manage my time better, I’d finally feel in control. Instead, I found myself burned out.
Then came my wake-up call: I couldn’t keep going like this.
I stepped away from my corporate career, relocated to California with my husband, and embraced a new way of living. Taking a step back from the corporate world turned out to be the greatest gift I could give myself. I discovered the importance of focusing on my values and purpose to create more balance in my life.
During this transformative period, I learned a vital lesson: despite what we’re told, we can’t have it all. The sooner we decide what our priorities really are, the sooner we can stop beating ourselves up for not doing everything.
That’s when I realised a powerful truth: We don’t have to do it all to have a fulfilling life. We just need to do what matters most.
Having lived in the USA and Asia for the past 11 years—raising a young family while navigating career transitions and international moves—I’ve gained the tools, insights, and experience to help other working mums break free from overwhelm and step into a more balanced life. I can relate to the unique challenges faced by women like you, and my diverse experiences have equipped me to better understand and support my clients, regardless of their cultural backgrounds.

My Education



My fascination with human behaviour led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I then spent over a decade in corporate banking in London, working in HR and eventually becoming Senior Manager in Talent and Development. This work ignited my passion for coaching, working with business leaders and teams and witnessing its transformative impact firsthand.
My journey to becoming a Life Coach was driven by my own purpose to help other women. So I armed myself with the skills to make that happen. I initially trained and became a certified coach at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and then got my National Board of Health & Wellness (NBHWC) certification. In between I studied Integrative Nutrition and launched my own signature Coaching programmes.
